Hardware break fix services can be provided on an as needed time and material basis or by service agreement.
System enhancements to improve performance include virus and malware removal. We can assess a customer’s system to determine if they have sufficient RAM and add more where needed. One of the single greatest enhancements to overall system performance is the introduction of a solid-state hard drive (SSD) to a system. Almost any current system can be retrofitted with an SSD and see a significant performance increase across the board.
Onsite and remote support for operating systems and application issues is provided both on site and via remote connection. At AnziTech we always try to provide the best method of servicing our customers. Some situations call for a quick fix via a remote connection and some require an on-site visit for a complete evaluation of the problem. We are prepared for either need.
Data Backup services are provided by working with the customer to understand their data backup and integrity needs. These needs are then met with a combination of local backup technology and cloud (internet) based backup solutions. We always keep in mind the type of data a business handles and recommend appropriate levels of security for data protection and to meet standards such as HIPAA.
